デザインを考える
こちらは以前から考えていたアイディアの試作です、スモールピックガードを翼に見立ててデザインしました、
ナスカの地上絵のような太い線でシンプルなスタイルや、トライバルなど色々と検討してみて
ピックガードに綺麗に収まる感じで漫画風のデザインとしました。
バックプレートとトラスロッドカバーはデザインのバランスを考慮してケルティック風にしています。
バックプレートは両端をロープで真ん中を三つ編み、そのうちの1本が蛇になっています。
English translation
This is a prototype of an idea I had been thinking about for a while. I designed the small pickguard to resemble wings.
I considered various styles, such as a simple style with thick lines like the Nazca Lines, or tribal,
and decided on a cartoon-like design that fits nicely into the pickguard.
The backplate and truss rod cover are in a Celtic style, taking into consideration the balance of the design.
The backplate has rope on both ends and braided in the middle, with one of the ropes shaped like a snake.

各パーツの切り出しから彫金
今回はパーツもハンドメイドで制作する為、アルミニウム板から糸鋸で切り出し、削り、穴を開けます。
下書きを行い彫金していきます、ほとんどが細い線で翼のアウトラインのみ少し太くしてあります。
墨入れは薄めたブラックで入れてコントラストを強調したい部分を少し色付けしました、
翼の外側（ハイライト）を粗目にサンディングしてヘアラインを付けて、最後に軽く皿ザグリ加工をして完成です。
感想としてはデザインが彫金と相性が悪く、平面的でまったくダメでした、お蔵入りです。
English translation
As the parts this time are also handmade, I cut them out of aluminum sheet with a jigsaw, scraped them and drilled holes.
I made a rough sketch and then began engraving, with mostly thin lines, with only the outline of the wing being a little thicker.
I used diluted black for inking, and added a little colour to the parts where I wanted to emphasize contrast,
I roughly sanded the outside of the wing (the highlights) to add a hairline, and finally lightly countersunk it to finish.
My impression was that the design didn't go well with engraving, it was flat and completely unsatisfactory, so it's been shelved.
