デザインをしてすじ彫り
今回はスポーツスター「フォーティーエイト」のロッカーカバーへの彫金です、
デザインは小さめのスクロールをびっしり詰めてみました。
まずは浅めのすじ彫りを行い、背景はルーターでブラストエフェクトをかけます。

2度目のすじ彫りと影線
2度目のブラスト処理で平面を整えてから、もう1段深めにすじ彫りを行います、
さらに影線もバランスを見ながらアドリブで彫っていきます。

In addition, the shadow lines are carved ad-lib while checking the balance.
Finish with light ink.
薄めの墨入れでフィニッシュ
薄く溶いた塗料で3回墨入れを行い、濃度を調整、軽く磨いて完成です。
この後、同じ工程を逆側に行ってロッカーカバーの片側が完成します、
同じロッカーカバーがもう１つあるのでこの作業が計4回で1台分の彫金が完成という事になりますね。
今回は中古車両なのですべて彫り終えた後にポリッシャーで磨いて終わります。
